We are an international group specializing in corporate reputation, employer branding and business innovation strategies and activities.
We work alongside organizations' top management and communications managers to improve corporate and personal reputations. We are among the pioneers of employer marketing, accustomed to working in support of HR departments to help attract and retain top talent. Since 2025 we have been working 360° on the innovation of organizations, optimizing processes and accompanying people on change management paths.
We were born on February 14, 2017 in Italy and, since 2025, our growth has taken us to Switzerland, with L45 Suisse Sagl.
